Our Website	We have registered the domain friendsofsomersetarchives.org.uk and all of our electronic activity will take place under this name. The Website is hosted by Titan Website Hosting. Having a website hosted is quite an expensive item for what is, at the moment, a relatively small organisation. If you know of anyone that would like to sponsor the £105 per annum expenses of the website, please contact either the Web-Master Malcolm Daniels or the Chairman, Ann Leamon.
Website Contents	This website is made for the members of the Friends of Somerset Archives. If there are other things that you would like to see on the website, please contact Web-Master Malcolm Daniels. It is also important that Archives other than those kept at Taunton are represented. Initial content of the website has tended to focus on Taunton as the Friends was formed through the Somerset Record Office User Group. However we are keen to include archives from other places in the County - or indeed relevent archives from outside the County. Please contact either the Web-Master Malcolm Daniels or the Chairman, Ann Leamonif you can help with this aim.
Data Protection Act	We are advised by Tom Mayberry, Somerset County Council’s Head of Heritage, that a group such as this does not need to be registered under the Data Protection Act. However, we are conscious that any names and personal details kept by the organistaion must be for membership and mailing purposes only.
